Salut! My name is Char, and I have been owning this site since good ol' july 06. I work for welcome break, but the views I express here are my own and do not represent the company in any way shape or form. I'm 16 and currently attend a high school in South Yorkshire, England. I play clarinet which is my principal instrument, piano, saxaphone and cello, which I picked up a week ago. Rules

1: No adult content, bullying or hate sites. I don't mind mild profanity but keep it mild.
2: No stealing (don't even bother applying if you're on a WOS somewhere.)
3: You need to have a portfolio prepared, containing examples of your graphics/html. If you already have a site and want to move hosts, this will do.
4: Don't use premades. It's okay to provide them, just don't use other people's.
5: Try to keep in contact with me. I'm on AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Bebo and neopets.
6: Your examples need to be good.
7: If you're a domain hostee, any hostees you want will have to go through me. Sorry, there's just no other way.
8: Subdomain hostees can't host people. If I find you're planning on hosting people using folders then I'll remove that section from your website.
